At French Delights NYC, each product is handcrafted in small batches using high-quality ingredients and made to order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we maintain the following policy.
All Sales Are Final
All food items, including cakes, pastries, and desserts, are non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been picked up or delivered.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing order details before confirming their purchase. This includes flavor selection, size, dietary options, and any customization requests.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup at:

• Clear photos of the product
We will review each case individually and may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund at our discretion.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund, as preparation may have already begun.
Custom Orders
Custom-designed cakes and special orders are non-refundable once production has started.
